The facelifted Kushaq will come with many updates both inside and out in order to remain relevant in a crowded marketplace that has a lot of competition from different SUVs.
The improvements on the exterior of the car will make it look modern and aggressive. The front end of the SUV will have a different grille, redesigned LED headlights, and improved Daytime Running Lights.
On the back of the car, improvements include LED rear taillamps and a different rear bumper design. Additionally, there will be options for new alloy wheel designs and new colour choices to help enhance the overall look of the car without changing its traditional silhouette.
In terms of the interior of the car, the facelift will include upgrades to the overall quality and feel of the materials used within. Skoda will introduce upgraded materials, updated upholstery and new trim finishes to the Kushaq facelift. One of the key changes that will be made is the addition of a panoramic sunroof because this is an important feature for Indian customers.

Additional anticipated features are as follows:
- A larger touchscreen on the infotainment system.
- Wireless connection capabilities with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
- A digital instrument display.
- Ventilated front seats.
- A 360-degree camera system.
Safety and Technology
Safety will be a major improvement because of the introduction of Level 2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) for higher trims. These systems are likely to include Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assist and Autonomous Emergency Braking among others. The Kushaq will, however, likely retain standard safety features across the range including multiple airbags, ABS with EBD, ESP and Hill Hold Assist.
Engines, Pricing and Final Thoughts
The Kushaq Facelift is expected to come with the same two engine choices as currently available: a 1.0 litre and 1.5 litre turbocharged petrol engines and both the manual and automatic transmission options. Pricing is likely to fall in the ₹11 lakh to ₹19 lakh (ex showroom) range. With added features and improved safety, the facelifted Kushaq could improve Skoda’s standing in the form of compact SUVs.
